Tetra Farm

Task
Tetra Farm is a cutting-edge digital platform that bridges two booming industries: medical cannabis and blockchain/NFTs. It empowers users to purchase NFT assets that are backed not only by digital value but by a real-world cannabis cultivation operation.

Our mission was to help the Tetra Farm team craft a complete digital identity, create a high-conversion website, and build a user-friendly dashboard that inspires trust and excitement from both crypto investors and newcomers.

Problem & Solution

The Problem

The Web3 space is overflowing with speculative NFT projects lacking any real-world utility. Investors are increasingly skeptical, especially when it comes to industries like cannabis — due to legal grey areas, misinformation, and a lack of transparency.

Meanwhile, the medical cannabis industry struggles to attract modern, tech-savvy investors due to outdated branding and inaccessible digital infrastructure.

The Solution
Tetra Farm bridges this gap by combining:
1️⃣ A real-world medical cannabis cultivation operation.
2️⃣ A blockchain-powered NFT investment model backed by yield.

Our job was to help bring this hybrid concept to life by delivering:
1️⃣ A sharp and trustworthy visual identity.
2️⃣ A website that educates and converts.
3️⃣ A dashboard for seamless NFT management and yield tracking.
4️⃣ Full social branding kit to grow a community around trust.

Scope of Work

We delivered a full-cycle design solution for Tetra Farm:

1️⃣ Market research and audience segmentation.
2️⃣ Website structure and user journey planning.
3️⃣ Wireframes (desktop + mobile).
4️⃣ Full web design & scalable UI Kit.
5️⃣ Investor dashboard UX and visuals.
6️⃣ Logo design and brand identity system.

Conducting Research

Before diving into design, we invested significant time in discovery and strategy.

Our research included:
Market analysis of Web3 agricultural projects, NFT-backed investments, and legal cannabis markets in North America and Europe.

Competitor benchmarking, focusing on how other crypto-based platforms handle trust, legal disclaimers, and user onboarding.

Audience personas, we identified 3 key groups :

☑️ Crypto-savvy investors looking for real-world use cases
☑️ Cannabis industry supporters who believe in sustainability
☑️ NFT collectors interested in passive income or yield-backed tokens

We concluded that the visual identity must blend professional trustworthiness (to legitimize cannabis investment) with Web3 familiarity (for the crypto-native audience), without overusing cannabis clichés.

Website Structure

We created a content-first architecture to lead users from curiosity to conversion.

The sitemap was developed to balance storytelling, education, and conversion flow:

1️⃣ Homepage – Instant hook: what is Tetra Farm, why it matters
2️⃣ About the Project – Mission, technology, real farm info, legal framework
3️⃣ NFT Collections – Interactive gallery with NFT tiers, benefits, and utilities
4️⃣ Investment Model – Visual breakdown of how NFT staking ties to real-world profit
5️⃣ User Dashboard – Post-purchase interface for managing assets
6️⃣ FAQ & Legal – Transparency on legalities, risks, disclaimers
7️⃣ Contact & Support – Easy access to team, community, and help center

Conversion points such as “Buy NFT”, “Connect Wallet”, and “Join Community” are placed contextually across all pages.

Wireframes

We created a full set of wireframes for both desktop and mobile, covering:

⬇️ Hero blocks with value propositions and stats

⬇️ Interactive NFT galleries with filtering and tiering

⬇️ Step-by-step onboarding UI for wallet connection and NFT purchase

⬇️ Detailed user dashboard: earnings, yield, NFT overview, claim buttons

⬇️ Microcopy and trust signals placed strategically (e.g., “Secured by smart contracts”)

Each wireframe was tested against multiple user flows:

Web Design & UI Kit

Our design goal: make Tetra Farm feel like a premium fintech-agrotech hybrid, with a sense of clarity, calm, and technological innovation.

Visual Language:
1️⃣ Color scheme: Deep greens, earthy browns, gold highlights, and mint for freshness

2️⃣ Typography: Modern sans-serif with a slight organic curve, balancing tech and nature

3️⃣ Shapes: Rounded corners, soft shadows, and glassmorphic layering for a futuristic feel

4️⃣ Imagery: Real farm imagery blended with abstract visuals of data, growth, and light

We delivered a complete UI kit including:

1️⃣ Buttons (primary, secondary, wallet connect)
2️⃣ NFT cards with rarity indicators
3️⃣ Tags, alerts, earnings widgets
4️⃣ Input fields with crypto wallet validation
5️⃣ Responsive grid system
6️⃣ Icon pack for tokens, status, plant growth stages

Mobile Design

We crafted a fully responsive mobile version to ensure seamless usability on any device:

⬇️ Crypto-native mobile UX: one-tap wallet connection, NFT purchase flow, and earnings dashboard

⬇️ Smart navigation: sticky bottom menu for quick access to wallet, NFTs, and account

⬇️ NFT cards and dashboard components were redesigned for clarity on smaller screens

⬇️ Smooth interactions: swipe gestures, animated reveals, and contextual tooltips

⬇️ Scalable typography and spacing across devices (from iPhone Mini to Galaxy Fold)

UX/UI Dashboard

The user dashboard was designed as the “operating system” for the investor. We prioritized:

➡️ Real-time NFT portfolio view

➡️ Staking and yield visualization (APY, timeline, claimable earnings)

➡️ Interactive farm map showing what your NFTs are “backed by”

➡️ Wallet integrations: MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet

To enhance trust and usability:
➡️ Each NFT has a details drawer showing metadata, growth stats, farm zone
➡️ Notifications and tooltips explain every action
➡️ Motion design added to loading states and data transitions

Logo Design & Brand Identity

The logo and brand identity were crafted to be both modular and symbolic:

➡️ The Tetra leaf combines nature (a growing plant) with tech (abstract geometric forms)

➡️ The hexagon grid represents blockchain structure, farming zones, and NFT collections

➡️ The name “Tetra” symbolizes four pillars: nature, technology, community, and growth

We delivered:
➡️ Master logo and logotype
➡️ Icon version for avatars and tokens
➡️ Dark and light variants
➡️ Brand guidelines for usage on web, print, and social platforms

Social Media Assets

To help the Tetra Farm team launch publicly, we designed a complete social media branding kit:

➡️ Avatar + cover images for Instagram
➡️ Post templates (news, NFT drops, educational snippets)
➡️ Story highlight icons and “Launch countdown” assets
➡️ Branding for community-building: reaction badges, Discord rank cards, AMA visuals

All assets were optimized for mobile viewing and brand consistency across channels.

Motion and Animation

Motion was used to enhance the experience and direct attention without overwhelming the user.

We developed:

⬇️ Cannabis plant spawn animation
⬇️ NFT reveal animations with layered fades and rare sparks
⬇️ Scroll-based storytelling for the homepage and About sections
⬇️ Micro-interactions on hover (e.g. glowing NFT cards, stats on hover)
⬇️ Animated data charts on the dashboard
⬇️ Preloader animation with the signature leaf icon turning into a hexagon
